Helpsont can possess people, too. And has a degree of time manipulation. Hector is good, but he doesn't have the powers of Helspont and isn't a 100 class brick.

GL's have good TP and TK shielding in general, though they're not impregnable.

The Weaponer harnessed the power of the white light, letting him adapt the perfect attack for each situation, and took out Ganthet, Kyle, John Stewart, and three or four other Lanterns, and Sinestro still took him single handed.

I think Helpsont could take Weaponer. He hasn't shown tp defense. Nor is he as strong or fast as Helspont.
