Strength - Wash excluding Warrior Madness or something.

Striking Power (With Mjolnir) - Thor.

Striking Power (Without Mjolnir) - Wash.

Blasting Power - Thor.

Raw Speed - Black Adam. Thor if this is in regards to flight speed.

Combat Speed - Black Adam.

Durability - Wash.

Damage Soak - Wash.

Combat Smarts - I guess Adam on average because he has less to work with.

Greats Hyperbolic Statements - Thor.

Like in the other thread, I'm just going by how I think they're portrayed generally, not judging it purely by feats. If you want the latter, Thor wins in every department except combat speed and maybe damage soak.

Didn't you give Thor the edge against Gladiator due to Thor punching power fts? What fts does Adam have that puts him above Thor?
