Abraxas not stopping Reed while Reed is jobbing is PIS!
Abraxas with a thought killed all the alternate Reed's in all Realities,
while simultaneously enjoying watching 616 Reed slowly die.
Instead of Abraxas telling Reed ... "don't do it Reed, blah, blah"
and Reed actually having time to reply 3 sentences and THEN fire the UN ...
Abraxas should've just thought Reed away or the plethora of other options
that would've easily either stopped Reed,
or willed the UN back to himself just like G took it from him.
Abraxas was able to atomize Silver Surfer from Universes away,
but Reed can pull that off standing several feet from Abraxas.

In a forum setting cis/pis are off unless specified otherwise,
unlike in comics where the story has to end so pis is their easy way out.
I don't think it is. The main reason the other Reeds were dying in the first place was because the Reed of 616 dying, not that Abraxas was effecting them himself..
If Abraxas began an attack on Reed with it in his possession he risked being destroyed along with everything else, with Reed using the UN on Abraxas. He wouldn't gain anything from that, so he tried to talk Reed into not using it, and failed.
The UN is not a piece of Abraxas, so that is not plausible!
That was not Abraxas, it was merely a wraith of micro-organisms and nothing more.
Since ozz81 said Galactus was at full power (lol) and etc, I think he would have the UN and would win imo, if not it would be hard to say since Abraxas didn't show to much of what he could do vs real threats (besides killing Roma with a kiss )..

Possibly te only thing preventing Reed from dying could have been Galactus acting as interference... Basically saying big g has the stuff to slow or stop Abraxas... While the nullifier can put Abraxas down.

He was killing him but didn't get to finish because the Nullifier was making a noise and Galactus was reformed drawing his attention away from Reed. We can clearly see Reed getting up with no ill effects in the second scan! Galactus gave the UN to Reed for the purpose of ending the multiverse to realign it!

Where do I begin with this?? Lets start here from the beginning and work our way to the end.
It is not my persoonal rendition of what happened, its just what happened in the comic...
He had an encounter with Namorita while searching for Valeria and Franklin, he was their himself!! Surfer died from the small fraction of power that was Abraxas's, Reed said it was microbiotic and a wraith, giving the appearancee he was there, but was just to taunt and warn them! Dealing with Uatu I'll fill you in with that in a few.. was disoriented and then nearly comatose because of the Galactus Head that was causing a disturbance in the space-time continuum!!!
By the way he was acting of course, or have you not see his facial expressions while Reed was in possession of the UN?? IF he could have gotten out of that situation he would have!!
You don't have to tell me what the UN is, I already know. I would say he could try to will it out of Reed's hands but thats the problem MM, its IN Reeds hands NOT Abraxas's hands! It makes no sense at all that Abraxas would try to will it out of Reeds hands! It is an object until used yes but it was an object that Reed was holding close to him and wouldn't let go!
Uatu the Watcher was disoriented and then nearly comatose because of the Galactus Head that was causing a disturbance in the space-time continuum !!! Abraxas did not attack him at the moon until later, with the Silver Surfer, Moondragon, Quasar, Captain Marvel and the Fantastic Four battling his cadra.
I didn't see him fold any universe just by approaching them, he killed a bunch of no name Galactus's which I'm sure was powerful but we don't know how powerful, this merged those realities with the 616 Earth!!! In the end the FF found the UN and realigned the multiverse, and the first Galactus 616 seemed to not care that Abraxas was right next to him and he called him nothing!! Take it for what you will (which I'm sure you will).
