1- Thor's
2- Thor's seems to have a better versatility, but the Universal Weapon seems to be kind of more pratical in a fighting context

Sans gravity manip and transmutation there's nothing I'd pick the UW over Mjolnir in. The UW looks far cooler though.

The Universal Weapon is no match for Mjolnir. Few things are. It's beyond even Ronan's transmutation abilities.

Don't remember te issue but there was a villain that was so sharp he could cut through time and space recently? And Ronan neutralized his powers when it seemed no one else could I think.

What a stupid thing to say. Smasher ultimately knocked him out but it was made clear that Mjolnir > the Universal Weapon. The only reason it even lasted as long is because Masterson is a noob with the hammer.

For the record, Masterson wouldn't need the Smasher's help to knock out Ronan.

Mjolnir's inherent superiority was made very clear, Ronan basically admitted it as well.

If you we talking about when roman tried to mutate or destroy the hammer? I believe could be more an argument for the mystical nature of the hammer then anything else.

Otherwise I'm not sure which you are referring to.

Ronan couldn't even anaylze the hammer's structure and his weapon was quickly overpowered once Masterson concentrated.

In the scans I posted.

"This is beyond belief! No known force is superior to my Universal Weapon!"

Yah But I still think that analyzing was more due to its magical properties.
Thunderstrike did say it was the worst strain he'd ever felt...
However for output there's no denying pure energy output is mjllnirs.
