Prep Time War: Doctor Doom VS Mr. Fantastic

1 year of Prep-time

Conditions:
-No one will willingly help either Doom or Reed
-No cheating to extend or diminish the official year of prep
-After Prep ends, both are transported to an infinite dimensional earth plane that has nothing on it. Neither can leave until the other is killed.

Let it be settled! Who reins supreme in the forever war of genius???

lately it seems Marvel have decidedly come down on the side of Reed. Doom has been neutered by Reed(s) no.

Doom has also been one-upped by Banner (as well as the Inteligencia).

His best feat of recent times has been his manipulation and usurpation of The Marquis of Death, but even that isn't as preposterously glorious as some of Reed's feats no expression.

So yes, Reed wins by somehow safely neutralising Doom, even though logic and taste dictates that Doom should wipe the floor with the backbone lacking one.

Richards would pimpslap his face with a miles long hand, and then throw him in the negative zone.

Richards preps for the Universal threats. Constantine is a fly to be swap.

Lucifer would convince him to spend his year of prep killing himself.

Doom manipulated and usurped the Marquis of Death, defended Earth from Nightmare's warping of it into the Unreal, nearly usurped the title of Sorcerer Supreme, defeated Wakanda and stripped it of its vibranium, trained X-Factor's Layla Miller to be an adept sorceress whose saved X-Factor numerous times with her magic, sabotaged Dracula's attack on Britain, nearly finished a working replica of the Destroyer armor, led Banner free from the Intelligencia's Liddleville machine, saved Namor from Hell, saved the X-Men from the Scorpius Emperor, briefly usurped the Lifeforce from HOM Wanda, turned around and gave Banner a nice big FU over in the new volume of Incredible Hulk, and just held off the mad Celestials long enough to give the FF enough time to summon Galactus (hey, thanks a lot Council of Reeds you schmucks).

I wish all that was quite as impressive as it sounds and that Doom wasn't the house pet of the Council of Reed.s. If he wasn't Valeria's pet project and sacrifice to The Celestials... It's just that he's on one hell of a losing streak, apart from his awesome win over Marquis Of Death, even his triumph over Wakanda ended in inevitable and harsh humiliation.

Even things like leading Banner out of the Inteligencia constructed matrix ended up with Banner screwing over Doom and making him stupid - by anticipating Doom's trechery! no

This current "team up" with Hulk will inevitably end badly for Doom, as Banner could always have had the hemispheres split apart. It'll just show how easy it is for Hulk to manipulate Doom with the candy of trumping Banner (Banner will then gloat at how stupid Doom is ...).

I want Doom to be glorious and peerless, sadly I don't think Marvel are with me on this one.

I'm assuming you don't follow Constanine? Anyway, Constanite is the BEST at using prep in comics. Only one that can match him or exceed would be Lucifer. The reason he's the best, is because he doesn't need godlike artifacts (Darkseid/Thanos), or crazy tech (Reed/Doom), or even billions of dollars (Batman) to succeed . All he needs is an understanding of the universe and superior cunning. Universal threats? How about Constantine besting The Presence (Multiversal) or First of the Fallen (Presence's mind). He's bested abstract beings just like Reed or Doom, but without all the gimicky help.
