Depends if Batman has prep or not.

If it's just a straight up fight, Goliath takes a majority. He punched his claws through a steel vault door, then ripped it off it's hinges, then chucked it.

Goliath suffered from the Worf Effect after season 1.

Seriously, he got his ass kicked all the time, by enhanced and unenhanced humans, aliens, characters in suited armor, or any time he got in a fight.. He was almost dropped to his knees by four or five normal humans simply hanging off his wings, which was worth a laugh. big grin

By the way, remember when Goliath was under a mind control spell, and since it couldn't be removed he was ordered to act as if he wasn't under a spell?

I envisioned the spell spawning an exact duplicate personality, and the real Goliath still locked in there somewhere. Call me a cynic, I just can't see his release being that easy. big grin

Stats wise, Goliath's pretty strong. When the illuminati trapped him, he was ripping apart heavy metal doors like they were made of paper...

But if MacBeth could school him using nothing but h2h skill, Batman should as well...

And as much as I'd like to say Goliath wins this, it's hard to seriously defend him when he couldn't even avoid being shot by wheelchair bound Halcyon Renard. sad
