9) Apocalypse
10) Shaman X-Man
11) Hope Summers
12) All these guys combined
Scenario 1) he gets to rest after clearing each stage.
Scenario 2) he gets no rest and immediately moves on to the next stage after each victory.

LOL this order is out of wack.
Stops at 5, 6, 8, 10, and 12. Maybe 11 depending on the situation.
