What is this, a race or a straight up fight to the death?
In a race, I'll give it to Zoom (Runner was beaten by Makkari and would have been beaten by Buried Alien aka Flash).
In a straight up fight?
a) He's not killing BL Zoom. But I don't think BL Zoom could kill Runner either. Not enough raw power.
b) How powerful is Flashpoint Zoom? Is he at least high herald? He'll have to be because Runner (no Gem) WALKED all over Surfer and laughed while doing it. Unless Flashpoint Zoom is at least Trans Tier, he's going down, hard.

Id probably go Runner in either case, as he was fast enough to out-travel the Silver Surfer (who I believe he beat as well), and has all the massive physical bonuses that begets an Elder of the Universe.
Cool, to me Surfers flights speed is way beyond Supermans and very probably Flashes running speed, and the Runner outran him. Not saying itll be easy, but that, with a much stronger physical form, leads me to believe Runner takes it more than not.
For those of you who aren't too familiar with the Runner, not only is he super fast, physically powerful, and immortal, he also has a "likability aura" that would mindfxxk most anyone.
It's funny with the Elders. ALL of them have access to the Power Primordial (left over energies of the Big Bang). But some of them, like the eternal jobber Champion, SUCK at utilizing it. Others like the Grandmaster are easily Trans level beings (this dude can raise the dead, time travel, insta kill with a gesture, teleport, I think he even created life a few times, etc..).
The Runner hasn't displayed any Time related abilities that I'm aware of (unlike Grandmaster). But he's had so FEW appearances it's hard to say what he can do really.
