Anti Monitor vs Abraxas

Who takes this both at their best and why?

At his best, COIE AM was shown to be a multiversal powerhouse. Nothing implied at all. So there's no disputing his power.

Abraxas, on the other hand, is more of an enigma power wise. Yes, he's powerful but saying with 100% certainty where he places on the cosmic totem pole isn't clear.

IMHO, COIE AM > Abraxas.
