Batman vs Steel (Classic armor)
The man that spent his entire life training his body into the perfect weapon, vs the guy that rigged up some armor the day he decided he wanted to be a hero and starting kicking ass. 
1. No prep.
2. Batman gets one sided prep, but he's limited to what the general public knew about Steels armor (And Batman doesn't get to use his detective skills to find out more info.. He knows exactly as much as the general public did in Reign of the Supermen.)
3. John Henry Irons fills in for Batman in Gotham. How does he do?
