The deadliest woman in the galaxy has been hired to get rid of every spiderman out there! She's tasked with completing her task of hunting them all down in less than a month. As such she gets two days of rest between each fight. She gets any gear she currently normally carries. The fights are in manhattan which has been evacuated of all bystanders.
1. Peter parker with Classic regular spiderman and cartridges.
2. Miguel Ohara. (spiderman 2099)
3. Ben oreilly in original scarlet spiderman costume.
4. Kaine as originally shown
5. Spiderman with the venom symbiote
6. Current Peter Parker with 10 days of prep.
7. Captain universe spiderman.

Though it should be noted that probably the most powerful "regular" Spider-man incarnation was the brief period of time when he had his "The Other" upgrades (he still might, technically) and was in his Iron Spider costume.
It could be argued that, more recently, his kung-fu training and various tech upgrades as a result of his new job put him close, but he lacks the feats to match the Iron Spidey period.
