Thanos/Power Gem, V&V Despero, Validus VS Odin in Odin's Throne Room.
Thanos/Power Gem, V&V Despero, Validus teleport directly into Odin's Throne room and start to throw down with Odin. Odin can use Gungnir, but only once. Which means one hit and it's done. he can throw it or swing it Once hit or miss. (hitting should not be a problem since these guys arent speedsters)
He can use Thor for one normal Hammer Hit and one normal lightining strike only then Thor is teleported from the battle field.
Odin cannot use the Destroyer or anything else except what is mentioned
I think Odin goes down.

Ummm increasing all his abilities with the PG AND making him even more durable and invulnerable... yeah I think it gives him a good chance to beat Odin one v one
