Only thig diff about Hob is that he has a jet pack now instead of the glider isn't it?

And wasn't there some ohter loser going by the HobGoblin schtick too? but only more traditional style?

He has a plasma sword and the Goblin laugh, an ability that let's your ears bleed, literally.
