Swap out Blackbolt with Firelord. BB is not underrated on kmc, not by a long shot.

Either Captain Atom - Vulcan is an awesome fight or CA stomps and I have hugely overrated Vulcan ... my knowledge of CA is sketchy at best.

This team battle would be a fantastic read, imo yes

.

I'm not quite sure if SS and Ikaris can handle their DC counterparts. I'm inclined to favour DC by say 6-4.

Where do you see SS & Ike being considerably outclassed?

I think "considerably outclassed" is stronger than I would put it but, if the following match-ups happened, I'd say they look likely to fall quicker than others:

Orion - Nova: Orion, but close.
Sodom Yat - FireLord: undecided/maybe FL.
Firestorm - Vulcan: draw/Vulcan possibly.
Captain Atom - SS: CA pretty solidly, imo.
Captain Comet - Skaar: dunno.
Cyborg - Ikaris: Cyborg imo.
