I think Hulk would be able to smash it, and I don't see it being powerful enough to KO Hulk.

Barring Thing's durability and Sue's force fields (relatively high end feats IMO), there's also the huge problem of Reed's elasticity - punching wouldn't hurt at all.

Reed's elasticity was stretched to its limits by Doom, iirc. Even in comics, it is not all that effective against physical attacks.
As for Sue's shield - the London Eye was giving her an aneurysm - I don't see it withstanding more than one punch (if that).
Thing is actually quite weak, he struggled a lot to simply pull up a fire-engine and he struggled to support (along with Sue) the London Eye.
Hulk would have no problems with either feat.
