Ra's has a team of international assasians that have been around for a few centuries.
Ra's could probably take this with prep.
Hell Ra's would probably have been in on Kingpins operations with out him knowing it since day one if its Movie Ra's.

They may be intelligent but almost each of batmans villains has some fetish or tic that can be exploited.

I think it is supposed to be muscle, but I don't recall reading anything in DD comics about it really.

This is a prep war and I doubt Ra's Al Ghul would allow it to descend into physical violence unless he had the means at his hands to slice and dice fatso.

I don't see Kingpin as being in his league, prep-wise.
