Solar. Easily.
At roughly half power he destroyed the whole of both Image and Valiant comics (2 separate multiverses.)

Abraxas was only more powerful than "All there ever was, is, or will be" in Marvel at the time.
So Solar probably wins.

Solar isn't a Marvel character, so that statement is entirely inconsequential.
That said, Solar wins by virtue of having feats that make Abraxas look like a weak feeb.

Well Abraxas at his "best" is basically him with possession of the Ultimate Nullifier for the few moments before Galactus yanked it away from him...
So if gets that then it's essentially a quick-draw: Whoever activates their Erasing power first wins.

Eh, no.
If a thread specifies Thanos "at his best", we don't give him THOTI or the IG. Same with Abraxas and the UN.
Best personal power is what's meant--unless stated otherwise by the thread starter.

... We should cancel the cross-company vs matches.
I've wanted this for some time now.

Abraxas doesn't employ any kind of weaponry/artifact or outside sources of power.
He never intended to use the UN,
he only acquired it so it would not be used on him.
Since in that arc it was the only thing that could stop him from destroying "All there ever was, is or will be.
Abraxas (under his own power) is the destroyer of the Omniverse!

This is why the Multiversal Space-Time Continuum was afraid of Abraxas,
this is why it could do nothing against Abraxas.

That said, it doesn't really matter because as stated, Solar isn't from Marvel
so anything consequential concerning Abraxas is moot,
that doesn't go for Solar though.

Mr. M seems very upset that we aren't taking his words as absolute truth.

^^ "We?" ... You're giving yourself much importance aren't you?
I haven't even noticed you concerning Comic book talk
until now that you starting spouting

Should've inserted sarcasm smily.
Although, I'm still not a big fan, more towards the cosmic genre.
I think Sky-Father and below, Marvel & DC can mesh better.
Imo.

I've noticed nearly every where I post as of late,
you pop up and add, "XX wins" which is always the opposing character.
That's cool, (others crusaders do the same) and if got a mission, do your thing.
But never believe trollish behavior is anything new against Mr M.
I mean, now you're outright mentioning my name
and using fantastical driveling irrelevance to make a fruitless point.
I smell a dirty sock in the house.
But again, do your thing, and try and make a name for yourself by
going for the big dog like out in the yard at Rikers Island.
