Yea, the UN is a complete joke next to the IG.

Heck, in the Quasar book interpretation,
the Magus's stronghold was completely blanketed by the Nullification sphere Quasar released,
and not only was the Magus not affect in the slightest,
but with a thought controlled the nullification energies of the UN.

Wow, and that an Incomplete IG.

So complete IG > UN in every way, shape or form.
