Hulk is stronger and more powerful. Even though Gog War Doomy was impressive, he isnt beating WBH. A better fight would have been GW Doomsday vs WWH without going World Breaker. They are at the same tier imo.

Gog Wars DD is one of the weaker versions of Doomsday, imo. It took him "decades" to punch through a mile-thick-wall of granite.
Hulk wins.

Superman who was being held under the light of a red sun, and imprisoned with kryptonite shackles at the time, you mean?

Hulk probably wins but that example is not a true representation of DD's power. He beat an army of Gogs, was shown to be more powerful than Superman, and still through canon beat an army of GLs.
In comics, writer's don't always understand power to make things consistent. We must ignore the things that are inconsistent to what really should be. For example, a writer might not think about the fact, "If one can destroy a moon with a punch then they should have no problem with a mountain".
