Green Lantern Dr. Doom

Both characters get equal time to familiarize themselves with the power ring and can call upon their standard abilities and powers in addition to the ring.

Does Hulk's rage prevail or the will of Doom?

Doom without the amps win. You can give Hulk a portion of Galactus power and he would still lose.

Hulk doesn't strike me as all that creative with what he can do with the ring.

Doom on the other hand, with his level of intellect, will most likely use way more esoteric and sinister methods that could catch Hulk off guard.
