Ok bit of both, its kinda a joke here that Doom and Iron Fist are elevated above all others. If you believe that World Funnest Mxy was canon (and some do), then he has arguably the greatest power showing of any character in either company - ever. Unless you take She-Hulk's joke appearances into account, that is.

uh yeah i think MXY has the gretest power showing but Im not sure if its in both company.

Mxy can casually destroy the entire DCU Omniverse (DCUs Entirety) and recreate it with a snap, Literally.
He made it seem it didnt even take 1% of his power to even do it.
