Its just....too difficult to debate.
You say technique comes into it - I haven't really seen anything from these guys to say that any of them have a technique advantange. Maybe Billy Batson and Clark have experience with baseball growing up, so they would at least have more of a feel with the bat...but otherwise, it comes down to strength. Then the usual 'Superman and Billy have lifted infinity'/ Thor has lifted Midgard serpent etc etc arguments will be played out.

Actually, some artistic depictions show Thor wielding Mjolnir more like a traditional two handed war hammer with a longer handle, which it was intended to be in terms of both Norse myth and Marvel canon.

Yah, hence 'almost'. Regardless, I doubt an adamantium bat would be similar in feel to Mjolnir, could be wrong though. I still think Cap and Supes would do best, using technique in conjunction with strength. Anyone who's tried to play cricket/baseball or badminton/squash/tennis would know that differences in the equipment ....well, makes all the difference.
