Hawk God has no feats or fights really (although he did take it to the Protege and the Protege actually looked like he felt HG's power).

He supposedly had a hand in killing all the Watchers of the Guardians timeline except one that survived. How he killed them is never stated.

He represents the universal concept of Predation, the strong preying on the weak and he was a member of the LT's court along with Eternity.

RKT has actual on panel fights and stuff to his name so I'll side with him for now.

I actually think Hawk God is awesome (both the concept he represents AND his look, phuck the haters stick out tongue

). But there's simply not enough of him on panel to create any kind of respect thread for.
