One by one, the Avengers head into the heart of the swamp to track down the source of mysterious killings taking place at a local oil refinery. Naturally, they go in the middle of the night with only a flashlight and standard equipment.
It's a fight to the death of course, because once Man-Thing is found there is no backing down. No BFR, no escape from the swamp.
Which Avengers would walk out of the swamp alive after a one-on-one encounter against the murderous movie version of Man-Thing?

1) Agent Coulson and Maria Hill - Coulson dies, but Maria Hill turns out to be the new Slayer and stakes Man-Thing whilst making a quip about his resemblance to Al Gore.
1) Fury - Dies, unless it's The Hoff, in which case M-T dies. (also, 2 1s?)
2) Black Widow - dies, quickly, but still looks sorta hot.
3) Hawkeye - dies instantly.
4) Captain America - see Hawkeye
5) Iron Man - makes an IED out of Man-Thing... smokes some of it and knocks himself out.
6) Thor - epic battle ensues, culminating in Thor accidentally knocking himself out whilst going for one last great hammer swing.
7) Hulk - scares M-T to death. picks up IM's lighter and smokes some grass
