Awesome character. He would make a great partner for Nova Prime if he were a Marvel character. Too bad. I really wish that they would expand on him more, and use him in the main books. He would make a better JLA member than many that have been on the team IMO.
1. Who is smarter? Captain Comet
2. Who wins in a fight? Iron Man. GA Comet couldn't even fly and didn't have many combat feats especially compared to him in the Silver-Age.
Hmmm. That was pretty good, I like the way that they're shaping him. Maybe he'll graduate to his old costume, and gear. Now all he needs is his own ongoing, and I'll be collecting. Liked the psychic bullet gun.
Yes and no. In SA #16 he survived while in astral form. However, he believed he could in Strange Adventure #28 without going into astral form but never actually tested it.
Classic was smarter. As all his GA feats and what he did in his classic days apply to his classic form. While GA can't use Comet's Silver Age inteligence feats. He didn't lose his inteligence over time...well he did, when he reverted back into a young adult as writers ignored the fact he was a super genius. However, classic had some pretty uber intelligence feats before he reverted into a "kid"

No clue, but definetly not Reed Richards level. From my memory they listed him as 9th level inteliigence, and they mentioned Comet was smarter then all the Colu's except for Brainiac 2 (10th level intelligence) and his son.
