 Iron Fist vs Thanos (see details)

IF at best and peak with Power Gem ( btw hes a proficient user with it in this scenario) vs Thanos ( no:- HOTU, IG, CC etc) in the following :-

1. H2H only no exotic powers etc , IF can use chi in his fists/ punches..
2. H2H only same as above but Thanos has access to the orange orb that he once stole I think.. But can't generate blasts with it etc h2h only can only power up his fists/ punches with orb etc..

Who wins in each of the above how and why?
