None of those matter unless he either has Superspeed - faster than Emma can think, or Telepathy resistance (And by resistance, I mean damn near immunity, since Emma has a history of getting around psi-shields).
Has he shown either?
If not, then Emma either makes him her personal slave, or simply turns him into a vegetable.
Can Emma turn into Iron? Oh no, that's diamond. Nope, she loses. Because I highly doubt she can do anything to one of, if not the most powerful being in Gargoyles period.

Greg Weisman revealed that Oberon can do anything he can imagine. The only limits to his powers are the common weakness of all fairies to iron and the laws Oberon made.
So yes...Emma is f*cked five ways from Sunday as he can use telepathy as well if he feels like it.
Funny thing is, Queen Mab was supposedly stronger. Then he overthrew her so yeah...Oberon is the top dog in Gargoyles, and would be kinda high up the food chain in Marvel if not for his iron weakness.
Well Emma doesn't have an iron bell. And Titania is nearly his peer in power. She's the third most powerful Fae behind Oberon and Mab, or could be considered second since even though Mab is supposedly more powerful, Oberon overthrew her and they could be considered equal. He also wasn't expecting her to betray him if I recall.
Point is, Emma dies. This is a stomp in Oberon's favor.
