Yeah, Flash could outrace the blast or vibrate through it, but the blast is still going to wreck the planet.

Conventionally, if this were to happen, Flash would still be straight up boned.

by default there is no "planet", but flash vibrating through an explosion remains to be seen. shit would last weeks for him and it does absolutely nothing about the heat

Tbh, I can only see a high end/CISless/Forum Mode Flash being able to do anything of note to WBH. Flash as he's consistently displayed would evade Hulk's punches and what not, but his AoE attacks would do the trick.
