1.EM tries to absorb SMP powers behind his back before they meet , can he do this and win?
2.The meet out of the blue and fight, can EM absorb all powers and conceal a win?

Iirc, regular 'ol Superman pwned Earth Man. If regular 'ol Superman can pwn Earth Man, then he would logically be able to pwn EM much easier with a 15,000 year sun-dip, powers gleaned from the Source, and a GL ring.
