The only hope for marvel is if Hercules can somehow tag the flash. He's had a couple good reflex showings so its possible... But this is the flash we are talking about....

i'd say Cyborg's teleportation would be faster, though not sure shrinking is a BFR either.

His best shrinking feats are shrinking out of the way of bullets and shrinking fast enough people thought he could disappear
