 Rune King Thor vs Korvac (See details)

1.RKT vs Korvac normal battle both use all powers and abilties

2.RKT in Asgardian Destroyer vs Korvac

Wasnt too sure about korvacs tier/powerset but saw a recent Odin vs Korvac thread some say odin will win some say korvac vice versa etc...
Who wins in each of the above how and why ?
