Nah, Adamantium is all stiff, while Vibranium is more laid back and just rolls with the punches.

Personally, for normal people, I think Vibranium is more useful for things like body armor or shields. Adamantium does nothing to stop kinetic energy, so adamantium makes pretty poor shielding.
