Ultimate Hyperion defeated the Avengers and Fantastic Four by himself and STOMPED them. This guy is easily high Herald

It's been a while but I could have sworn he spent the entire battle fighting Thor. IIRC, it went on for issues and he didn't interfere in the rest of the conflict.

He gets the edge on Thor however and knocks him down with Mjolnir. Thor retaliates and blasts him from the sky after he gets pissed. Most impressive part of that fight though, was Thor casually dismissing Power Princess after he got mad. She was a peer to Hyperion and beat up Ultimate Hulk.

Supreme Power Hyperion is clearly a herald, operating on tectonic plate shifting level and ability to survive a Nuclear weapon is pretty much where even DC/Marvel High Herald's spend the majority of their time at.

That being said, the notion that he is easily High Herald is just stupid. Also, I don't know why everyone thinks this is spite. Captain Britain isn't the low meta he was during his origin. After his upgrade, I really think he can win unless he's having confidence issues or something like against the Phoenix.

No, he curbed Thor and then Invisible woman trapped him in a field while Human torch went nova on him (which did nothing). He then bust out of the force field (koing Sue) and then he proceeds at koing torch. Thor shows back up, get his hand caught during mid swing and Hyperion one shots him. They fight again but Hype wasn't at full power, a plant was leaching off of everyones power on the supreme power team.

If I remember correctly Hyperion was also supposedly weakened by the plant growth that was suffocating his world. If i recall it was made with the sole purpose of weakening him and was blamed on reed Richards and was the whole reason why they invaded the ultimate universe in the first place.
