Not sure we've ever gotten an estimation of how many Manhunters there are. My guess would be thousands, at least. They also don't have much in the way of feats fighting anyone other than Lanterns, and those doesn't carry over well due to power matchups.
Then on the Nova Corps side, they all suck except for Rider, so....
Going with the numbers here
