I may be under the wrong impression, but I've nearly been convinced that Slade is slightly above Cap. With that said I think it would be a close one but Team 1 gets my vote.

I'd think Constantine and Slade would work better with each other. Both assassins and all, plus they have before in the past. More so than Bruce and Steve. Going with team 1.
