What about when Captain Britain beat the Gabriel robot or Black Panther armlocked Silver Surfer. I would argue this team are out and out true herald busters.

Using average characters then team can take a win or so out of 10

Using high end characters then team always loses

Using low end characters then anything can happen (e.g. surfer can get armbarred) lol.
