Surely Gravity and the E.M. Spectrum are no threat to Surfer and he is able to deal with ionic beings. These facts coupled with his ftl reflexes mean he wins.

Surely, Gravity is no problem for the Surfer who survives blackholes and a do not see how Magneto could give Surfer a seizure as Xornetto gave Jean. Gravitons ionic powers can be sucked out of him as they are based on the process that gave WM his powers and Surfer has done this to WM. Surely that and Surfers reflexes give him a chance.
