If peak Post-crisis Superman can't pull it off, no Kryptonian can.
The fact is SS can mess with solar radiation.
However, just like Superman, if H'el is sundipped for over 30 minutes it would be hard for SS to resist an uber BFR.
As Superman with just a little extra sunlight can wtf pwn Captain Marvell or Black Adam despite their magic, and resist the effects of Kryptonite completely (All-star). I think sun-dip would result in wayy too much for SS to overcome...about as difficult as it would be for Classic Cosmic Herald SS to overcome Pre-crisis Superman without sundip.
