Recent AvX feat comes to mind. Its outrageous because Xavier knocked out a bunch of high-herald level characters (with established tp defences and tp of their own) but failed to bypass Spider-Woman's tech.

And Xavier went into Cain's mind after Bedlam, and while she was focused on Juggernaut(bypassing his helmet), Xavier tried to sneak in through the back door, only to be repelled painfully and near instantly without her really caring he was there.
