Superman at the Equator
During the “Ending Battle” story arc, there is a scene where Superman fights Bizarro and Mongul near the equator. He handily outclasses Mongul and tells him that he can’t match his stamina in Tropical sunlight before taking him out; he then proceeds to one-shot Bizarro. Neither opponent proves able to land a punch on Superman due to his speed/reflexes.
So here’s the set up. I picked out some small teams below to replace Mongul/Bizarro in that scenario; how do you think the scene would play out with these characters:
1) Kalibak/Ultimate Thor
2) Regular Hulk/Beta Ray Bill
3) Captain Marvel/Black Adam
4) Orion/Thor
To reiterate, this is Preboot Superman at the Equator
Honestly this depends on who Superman decides to fight. Also depends on which opponent. For example, in scenario #1 if he decides to take flight to beat Thor then fight Kalibak, he wins. IF he does the same thing on scenario #2, he wins again. However, in Scenario 3, it depends how effective magic is against him. I would say he at 3.

Where "sanity" previously suggested acquiescence with cultural codes, the addition of "super" implies that this common "sanity" has been replaced by a superior form, in which perception and processing are completely ungoverned and unconstrained"
hard to tell. Does the tropical sunlight gradually amp him or something? Given the whole oneshot of Bizarro and owning Mongul I say he can make it to 3 and then he stops. Unless the sunlight amps him a lot he won't be taking on this 2 and win.
How would you rate Bizarro when compared to Marvel/Adam?

Re: Re: Superman at the Equator
Superman confirmed during a body swap that Bizarro is actually stronger this he is, so Bizarro is definitely stronger than Cap/BA as well.
Usually he is dismissed due to lack of intelligence/lack of evil intent. However, during Ending Battle, Manchester Black "fixed" his stupidity and gave him full access to his powers. In that case, Bizarro's only real drawback would be lack of tactical skill and fighting ablity; two traits that CAP/BA aren't exactly known for either...
