Drop the Bomb into a "Pym door" or shrink it down till its only a spark
Neutralize Earthquake in Chile with 9.5 rating on the richter scale.
Hard one, mostly evacuation with Pym shrinking falling debris.
Neutralize Indian Ocean Tsunami
Grow a Sea-wall
Neutralize Hurricane Katrina
Reinforce the levee
Stop Vredefort Astroid from hitting Earth.

Stop Chernobyl Disaster (Nuclear Disaster): If meltdown is imminent, Tony merely repairs the damage needed to the reactors/plants. If meltdown has already occurred and he merely has to stop/prevent loss of life, absorb radiation.
Neutralize Tsar Bomb (100 megaton of TNT) going off in Chicago: Disarming the bomb should be cakewalk. Otherwise, toss it in space.
Neutralize Earthquake in Chile with 9.5 rating on the richter scale: Geo-thermal/tectonic devices.
Neutralize Indian Ocean Tsunami: Pretty sure Stark has weather machine satellites.
Neutralize Hurricane Katrina: See above
