Magneto Herald?

If Mags had the power cosmic and had the time to practice using it how much tougher would he be? What level of character would you out him against? This is Mags in his prime.

I'd imagine cosmic awareness and enhanced physical stats To take attacks without the aid of shields and be able to deal physical damage if someone managed to bypass his mutant powers would make him a beast.

how much power cosmic? He is as skilled an energy manipulator and as willful as the SS, Stardust, Sinestro, Kyle or Hal IMO, just less powerful. So with an equal power source, he'd match them as a high herald bordering on trans.

Lets say two senarios 1 His power level and output is increased to their level or 2 He has is his standard mutant powers but has the ability to travel warp speed has his skin nearly indestructible and his strength is increased to Class 100 level when he amps and Class 75 standard.
