The sinister Six are beating the crap out of spider-Man at the Harbor station...
As Cyborg drives by and sees this he yells at them to stop!!! And so then a chase thru NY city starts with the Six spreading out to hunt down Cyborg....

Can Cyborg survive the six in a city wide hunt down thru NYc?

The Six need to make sure Cyborg remains quit so they gotta take him out

Cyborg needs to stop each member of the Six or they won't stop comin after him...

aside from having more variety in his arsenal, in what ways is Cyborg superior to Spider-Man?

According to ComicVine he is weaker, slower and less mobile, though maybe more durable. The Six might have trouble with Cyborg's offensive abilities, but ultimately some of the member might be more than a match for Cyborg themselves.
