Who has the best feat of durability
I can think of two good ones myself

And juggernaut pretty much handling that god blast

Spider-Man has phenomenal durability in terms of his overall "tier" and when compared to his strength output.

1. The best I can think of would be PC superman surviving big bang and powering through the mass of entire creation and its gravity

(please log in to view the image) (please log in to view the image) (please log in to view the image)

Superman was subjected to big bang

(please log in to view the image)

Well, he survived it as usual but triggered a wave of energy that made him vanish from the universe and that made every hero disappear from the universe alongside with him

(please log in to view the image)

2. SBP surviving a universe busting explosion

Any more?

For non enhanced "peak humans", Frank Castle is also absurd.

Says it in the second scan
"I am here...here and now, but outside space and time"

Obviously the Alien Entity which created the big bang protected him.

so he never survived the big bang, if he's actually outside space & time he just witnessed it
And what you said

^^ reed and the alien entity traveled into the void beyond space and time, and from there the alien entity initiated the big bang right in front of reed

reed said i am here (despite the fact that beyond space means there is no here) and now (despite that there is no now since he is beyond time)

Thanos was damaged in that black hole.
Superman, Surfer have survived black holes without any damage (PIS maybe?)

so richards and the entity were not confined to the law of physics(space) nor time(well, time)
Well we can't use that as a durability feat

Best feat I can think of for new Earth Supes ( post COIE) was holding a quantum singularity in his hands and carrying it to a point in space. he stated part way through that the strain on him was unbarable.
