Phantom Stranger is a very cool character and is a character that is more likely than not truly immortal, but he doesn't have the feats to suggest he could beat Odin, let alone Odin with the Destroyer.
Was that the fight people talk about with Spectre/PS? PS stock has risen, but not enough against Odin, yet. Although that could change with upcoming issues.
If I had to guess, the Presence/God basically BFRed him. Definitely not a "feat" for the Stranger one way or the other.
Day of Vengeance had the Stranger tell Spectre that he flat out doubted that he could be killed by him, which Spectre didn't prove wrong (though he did transmute him into a mouse). Stranger resisting Spectre for a brief moment is cool, but not beyond Odin at all (no, I don't think Odin would beat Spectre, but he certainly has the feats to suggest battling him in a uphill battle before losing).
I love Phantom Stranger, but he's not really fit for versus threads. At least not yet. Maybe New 52 Stranger will throw down a lot more.
His recent series is showing more feats and is still ongoing. I'm not saying he's going to be Odin level when Trinity War is all done, but he could very well be a mystic to be messed with.
not only is that scan out of context, but it's simply illogical to think otherwise. The stranger has never been depicted as being more powerful than the spectre, yet he is able wish him away? (like the op seems to think).
anyways, that scan is from phantom stranger #0, the stranger saw Corrigan die right in front of him, and then the spectre rises up and blames the stranger for his death, so the voice redirects the spectre-force to take his vengeance upon someone else:
It was an extremely uber showing for PS. The guy battles Spectre on equal footing, and even appears to have the edge until The Voice intervenes.
Furthermore, it was explicitly stated by The Voice that Spectre and PS balance each other out perfectly, and that all of creation could be affected if PS and Spectre don't "play together nicely." http://www.turboimagehost.com/p/161...05-018.jpg.html

In addition to battling Spectre, Phantom Stranger can't be killed by Pandora. Pandora, unless I am mistaken, is partially responsible for flash-point in the first place.
