i dunno. who is the strongest version of Cap Universe, and who is the most powerful person he could beat imo?

Do alt reality versions count in this? Cause if so, Captain Universe Quasar should take it. With the Uni-Power backing up the Q-bands, he was stalemating Set.

If not, I'd go with Captain Universe Juggernaut. He could probably beat any low to mid trans character.

That version of Uni-power was weaksauce. It amped Gladiator and he still took two minutes to reach sanfransisco from newyork.

Not to mention Krosakis or whatever his name was trashed by surfer wielding Gladiator's power amped by Uni-power. Maybe Gladiator is just that weak.
