Titania is known for losing to She-Hulk. Knockout has fought against Superboy and Big Barda... and while weaker than BB, she managed to last a pretty good time to Barda. And, Knockout's a Fury, meaning she's a fairly skilled fighter.
So I'd say Titania, while perhaps not too different in stats, is outmatched. I'd even give Knockout the win against She-Hulk.
Known, only time she lost soundly was when jen was upgraded in a suit. Original appearance beat jen into a coma.
Still she does have some embarassing lows(spider-man owning her and causing her phobia...which she overcame eventually) but her fights with jen aint any of them.
As for the fight, dunno much about knockout so cant really tell if she has an advantage.
Didn't she have help beating Jen? Also if Barda ever fought Jen in a comic it would be closer than most people think that it would be if it were only an H2H battle. She Hulk has some lows, and some highs after all.
