Little Lobo was totally OOC for a Lobo, considering he actually followed orders (By his choice, and not because Robin put one over on him, like Dox did.) and cared about his team, and most of all had actual character development, but damned if he wasn't still awesome as a kid.
Slobo was pretty pathetic by comparison..

Never let anyone else define you. Don't be a jerk just to be a jerk, but if you are expressing your true inner feelings and beliefs, or at least trying to express that inner child, and everyone gets pissed off about it, never NEVER apologize for it. Let them think what they want, let them define you in their narrow little minds while they suppress every last piece of them just to keep a friend that never liked them for themselves in the first place.
Slobo's only cool moment was how he revieled after He had gone blind that his other senses were so strong that he could get by with out the power of sight.
