they'd want to have some major league power for this not to be a stomp.
Uncle Sam at his leak cant fight Spectre ( loose but make a fight of it)
Phantom lady is a reality dimensional warper
Miss America is cosmic level immortal and close to reality warper.

does th opposition have anything on this level.

They were designed to take on the Justice League in their first appearances. Pulse 8 is a minor reality warper from what I remember. 4-D fought WW as well.
