For you MMA fans here, Shang Chi is the Rickson Gracie of streets. He has some impressive skills and feats, sure, but very few fights against the likes of Daredevil, Iron Fist, Captain America.... He did ok against Spidey (As has Matt many times, including actually putting him down once), has one training match vs Logan and another loss to him, stood even with early Iron Fist who's improved since, and failed to beat The Cat in three matches, with the implication that they were so evenly matched, they'd kill each other.
His reputation as the best of the best is unearned, imo.
